Lloyd Schultz Memorial Scholarship

Lloyd Schultz, a valuable and respected member of our community, was a
member of the cast of Oklahoma, the first production of the Lakes
Community Theatre (LCT). After his death, a scholarship was established
to commemorate the musical and theatrical talents of Lloyd, who loved
to perform. Funding was created by LCT through fund raising activities,
private and corporate donations, as well as continued percentage
donations from each LCT performance.
This funding has allowed LCT to offer a yearly scholarship of $500
awarded in May. The recipient of this scholarship must have graduated
from a Dickinson County high school and be currently attending an
institution of higher education and majoring in any area of the
theatrical arts.
